School Day Out
When school is out — the Y is open! The YMCA’s School Day Out Program provides a safe, engaging, and fun-filled environment for kids on unexpected snow days, holidays, and Faculty Senate Days.
Children will enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including swimming, hands-on STEM projects, and interactive games — all supervised by our caring and experienced YMCA staff.
Please send your child with a swimsuit, towel, lunch, and snacks.
📋 Registration is required, and space is limited.
At the Y, we believe kids thrive when they feel physically and emotionally safe. Our dedicated team nurtures each child’s total well-being, helping them build confidence, friendships, and new skills while having a great time.
🕗 Drop-off begins at 8:00 AM
🕠 Last pick-up is at 5:30 PM
❄️ If school is canceled during a previously called 2 hour delay, drop-off begins at 9 AM.

Keep the holiday spirit alive with festive crafts, swimming, and friendly competitions. Each day is packed with excitement, laughter, and friendship during winter break!
